Dinooz delivers kids', baby and toddler clothing across all seven emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. Free delivery applies on orders above AED 200.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 1 to 3 working days, with tracking so you can follow your delivery to the door anywhere in the UAE.
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available across the UAE, alongside card and digital wallet payment. Delivery is free on orders above AED 200.
What is your returns policy?
We offer easy 14 day returns across the UAE. If something does not fit or is not right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.
What fabrics do you use, and why organic cotton?
Most Dinooz pieces are soft organic cotton. It is breathable, gentle on sensitive and eczema prone skin, and well suited to the UAE heat, letting warmth escape rather than trapping it like heavy synthetic blends.
What ages and sizes do you cover?

How do I choose the right size?

Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. Delivery is free on orders above AED 200 to Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah. Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah have a delivery fee of AED 40-50, always shown at checkout before you pay. Dino Points members unlock a lower threshold, and Rex Elite members get free delivery to every emirate.
