When you purchase from Dinooz, we collect your name, billing and shipping address, payment information (via secure processors), email address, and phone number. We use this information solely to fulfill your orders and provide support.

We run our own analytics — no advertising networks are involved and nothing here is shared with them. When you browse Dinooz we record:

• 🌍 Your IP address, and the approximate location we work out from it — country, region and city. This is city-level only; it is never a street address.
• 📄 Which pages you visit, in what order, and roughly how long you spend on each.
• 🔗 How you arrived — the site or link that sent you here, including any campaign tags in the URL.
• 📱 Your device — phone, tablet or desktop, plus browser, operating system, screen size and language.

We use this to understand which products people are looking for and to fix what is not working on the site. To turn an IP address into a city we send it to our location provider, ipapi.co; they receive the address and nothing else about you. Visit records are kept for up to 400 days and are then deleted automatically. In many countries an IP address counts as personal data — if you would like yours removed, email us at the address below and we will delete it.

We use cookies to remember your cart items and keep you logged in. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some site features (like the cart) may not work perfectly without them. Two further cookies support the analytics described above: dz_vid, which tells us you are the same visitor returning (kept for a year), and dz_sid, which groups one browsing session together (expires 30 minutes after you stop browsing). Both are set by us, are not readable by any script on the page, and are never shared with anyone else.

We implement industry-standard security measures (SSL, encryption). We never sell your personal data to third parties. Your payment data is processed securely by our global payment partners and is never stored on our servers.
