At Dinooz, returns are simple and free. You have 14 days from delivery to return anything that is not the right fit or not right for you.
14-Day Return Window
You can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days we are unfortunately unable to accept a return or exchange.
Free Returns Across the UAE
Returns are completely free — Dinooz covers the cost of return shipping anywhere in the UAE. Once you start a return, we arrange a pickup or send you a prepaid label.
Condition: The Same As You Received It
Items must come back in the same condition we sent them: unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with no tears, burns, stains, marks or alterations, and with the original tags attached and the original packaging.
Items returned worn, washed, damaged, or without their tags may be refused or may qualify for only a partial refund.
What Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene reasons, socks and underwear cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened. We also cannot accept items requested after the 14-day window, or any item that is not in resellable condition.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and confirm its condition, your refund is processed within 5 to 7 business days, back to your original payment method. Orders paid by cash on delivery are refunded by bank transfer (we will request your details when the return is approved).
Exchanges
Prefer a different size or style? We are happy to exchange any eligible item within 14 days, free of charge. Start an exchange the same way as a return and tell us what you would like instead, subject to availability.
How to Return or Exchange
Open
My Account → Orders and request a return or exchange, or
contact our team. You can then send it back whichever way is easiest, all
free of charge:

Free home pickup — we arrange a courier to collect from your address.

By post — using the free prepaid return label included with your order.
•
Drop-off — at your nearest courier drop-off point.
•
In store— bring it to our Dinooz store in Al Danah, Abu Dhabi.
