Layer for Two Very Different Temperatures

A flight out of the UAE takes your baby through some genuinely extreme temperature swings in a short space of time, hot tarmac and terminal transfers, then a cabin that is kept noticeably cold for the whole flight. A single outfit, however nice, is rarely right for both halves of the journey. Beyond the outfit itself, a couple of muslin cloths for mess, a light blanket that can double as extra warmth or a changing surface, and a spare bag for anything soiled make the practical side of the flight much easier to manage.
